Allison is a digital associate producer, writer, and reporter for NOVA at WGBH in Boston. She’s been playing the clarinet since 4th grade, and has been with the CSO for almost three years. When Allison isn’t geeking out over classical music, she’s usually either writing, visiting bookstores, dancing ballet, thinking about physics and neuroscience, dreaming about bagpipes, drinking iced coffee, or admiring her heroes: Yo-Yo Ma, Oliver Sacks, and Maria Popova. Allison also taught herself French horn at Hamilton College and played it on the side for three years (so someone lend her a horn—she misses it!).
