Cambridge Symphony Chamber Players

The Chamber Music Program was started in 1987 by the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra (formerly the Little Orchestra of Cambridge) to meet several goals in keeping with the overall mission of the orchestra. The smaller size and flexibility of our chamber groups allow us to reach out to a greater variety of people, helping us to further fulfill our mission to serve music and the community.

.

Members of the Cambridge Symphony Chamber Players receive professional coaching and perform regularly around Cambridge and Somerville. We have long-standing relationships with many local partners, including Cadbury Commons, Youville House in Harvard Square, The Center for Arts at the Armory, and the Cambridge and Somerville Public Libraries.

.

The Chamber Players give back to our community with free performances. Whether it’s a public performance or we come to you, our mission is to provide free music to a wide audience.

.

The Chamber Players are also available for your function. Please contact info@cambridgesymphony.org or 844-CSO-4634 to speak to a musician!
