Becca Hasko

With seven plus years of experience in fundraising, Becca strategically helps nonprofits increase development, cultivation, and stewardship of donors and community relations. In her current role as Director of Fundraising & Outreach at Metro Housing|Boston, Becca is responsible for creating and providing leadership to comprehensive and cost-effective fundraising and volunteer programs, encompassing annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, special events, and other initiatives to attract maximum support from Metro Housing’s volunteer and donor constituency of individuals, businesses, and foundations.

In addition to being a board member of the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra, she is also the treasurer of the board of directors at Castle of Our Skins: a Black arts institution dedicated to fostering cultural curiosity and celebrating Black artistry through music in classrooms, concert halls, and beyond. Music has always been a part of her life - growing up in a musical family, playing violin since she was 8, and hosting women-led music fundraisers in her hometown. Becca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of Connecticut and a Master of Social Work from Hunter College.
