Sabi Varga is a Hungarian-born dancer who graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest, Hungary.
Sabi has worked with some of the most influential people in the dance world past and present. Dancing a soloist with the Boston Ballet for 15 years, he is currently freelancing in addition to creating collaborative works. His repertoire includes a vast variety of choreographies by George Balanchine, Jiří Kylian, William Forsythe, Rudi van Danzing, Christopher Wheeldon, Jorma Elo, John Cranko, Sir Fredrick Ashton, and Rudolf Nureyev.
Varga has toured around the world performing in Europe, Asia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States of America. His teaching and choreographing experience includes the National Hungarian Ballet School, Boston Ballet School, Walnut Hill School, Charlotte Ballet School, Methuen Ballet Ensemble, and Southeastern School of Ballet.
